  4. This minimal program can be used to temporarily suspend the WIN 3.1 Screen blanker.

  6. I wrote this because the thing kept timing into action during long downloads, where
  7. it is nice to glance at the progress meter. When it started timing in during long
  8. printouts (and we know how slow some TT Fonts can be on a printer), it was the final
  9. straw.

  11. You must have set up a screen saver using the Control panel/Desktop app before you
  12. can start this app. The code also includes a few useful techniques like stay on top
  13. for the iconic window and enabling/disabling menu items. The latter seems to pop up
  14. as a question for "How do you" often. Here's the code. Enjoy...
